Creator Conf is the world's largest conference for Instagrammers, YouTubers, TikTokers and streamers. For two days only, 13-14 Dec, Creator Conf streamed 30+ hyper-focused speeches, panels and live Q&A sessions with some of the most engaging and unique creators, provided actionable strategies on how to scale your audiences and turn them into profitable full-time businesses.

What is Creator Conf?

The event platform will be live prior to the event so you can familiarize yourself, build out your profile and create your own customizable agenda based on the presentations throughout each day. The official date will be announced closer to the event.

When will the Creator Conf platform be accessible to login?

The platform is designed to only allow one user per ticket, there will not be the ability to share login credentials.

How many people can use the same login credentials?

Creator Conf will be open 24 hours a day for all attendees from 13 December 2021. All content will stream in EST timezone but replays will be available on-demand immediately for all attendees.

What timezone will the virtual conference be in?

Regardless of your timezone, all attendees will have the ability to customize their own agenda and watch presentations on-demand within 1 week after the event.

All attendees, regardless of timezone, will have the ability to message, and network with other attendees and companies throughout the entire duration of Creator Conf, day or night.

If we are located outside of the event timezone, how will our experience be?

When will more details around the schedule, presentation topics, companies attending be listed?

Creator Conf prides itself on the level of content that it produces for all attendees. To ensure the value of purchasing a ticket to the event, we are not providing any replays or full videos online after the event. To experience the world-class content, you must be a Creator Conf attendee. 
Extended 1 year replay access will also be available for purchase for all Creator Conf ticket holders.

Will the content be accessible after the event is over either through Replays or on YouTube?

How can I purchase a ticket?

There are two types of tickets available - Attendee and Company. The main difference between Attendee and Company tickets is being listed on the Creator Conf Directory, as well as the inclusion of your company logo on your profile, featured companies webpage listing, are listed on the marketplace during the show, have a 1-week subscription to the marketplace, as well as early access to the platform.

If you are representing a company, you’ll want to have as much exposure as possible to attendees, therefore selecting a Company ticket is for you!

What ticket type is for me?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your pass by contacting us at <a aria-label="details-contact-support" href="mailto:info@creatorconf.com">info@creatorconf.com</a>, and we will honor the ticket pricing for the upgraded pass, at the time of your original purchase.

Can I upgrade my pass?

No, there are no one-day passes, all tickets are for the full two days.

Do you have one-day passes?

Yes, you can customize your company details once the event platform is live and continue to make any further changes until it closes.

If I were to get a Company ticket, can I customize my logo and link as we get closer to the dates?

The Creator Conf Directory will live on after the event, and will be used among the creator community for finding services applicable to them, and it will have your company information, contact info and link back to your website.

This is not the “Creator Conf Community” section on our website, it's a different product that will launch closer to the event.

Company tickets include a 1-week subscription to the Creator Conf Directory, what happens when this runs out?

You may re-assign your ticket up to 48 hours before the show through the link in your ticket confirmation email which you would have received after your purchase.

To find your TITO order reference number (ie: CEM7-1) in your email, search “support@tito.io” in your email provider.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Tickets are only refundable within 24 hours after purchase. All purchases of online conference tickets are non-refundable in their entirety after the end of this period or immediately following your access of the online conference, services or any digital content.

Can I get a refund if I’m not able to attend?

Step 1: Go to your confirmation email. 
Step 2: Click View Order link. 
Step 3: Click View/Edit to assign your ticket.

Can I still purchase a ticket during the event?

Yes, you may still upgrade your ticket but your company listing will only be added on our Partners page after the event. If you wish to have your company listed on our Partners page in time for the conference, the ticket upgrade must be paid by 13-14 December 2021
